What is a Retailer?
A Retailer is an authorised third party retail store that on-sells ABI Interiors goods directly to customers.
Do Retailers display the entire ABI Interiors range?
No, our Retailers have a select range of items on display. The display types also vary, so if you want to see something specifically, we advise contacting your nearest retail location to confirm if they have what you are looking for.

Do Retailers carry stock?
No, all orders purchased through a retailer are processed through the ABI Interiors warehouse at time of purchase and are sent out to your Retailer directly. Alternatively, you can speak to your Retailer about potentially having your order sent directly to your chosen address.
Some stores may choose to hold limited stock (such as in-walls for rough-in), however, we suggest contacting the store prior to confirming exact stock information.
When are the Retailers open?
It is best to contact a Retailer directly to confirm their hours. Whilst we do our best to keep our information on Retailers updated, we cannot account for unforeseen circumstances.
Do shipping costs apply if I purchase through a Retailer?
Please be mindful that shipping costs may be incurred as each store has their own shipping policy. Please contact the Retailer directly to confirm.
If I shop through a Retailer, can I return my goods directly to ABI Interiors?
All returns, refunds and exchanges are to be processed directly through your place of purchase. As each store has its own returns process, you must contact the original place of purchase to lodge a return. Please be aware that the Retailer may not accept returns for change of mind, as the ABI Interiors returns policy only applies to products that are purchased directly through ABI Interiors.
Is there a warranty policy if I shop through a Retailer?
If you have purchased your goods through a Retailer and have a warranty claim, you can speak directly with your place of purchase. Otherwise, you will need a copy of your proof of purchase to lodge your claim directly through ABI Interiors using our warranty portal.
I have purchased through a Retailer, can ABI Interiors provide information related to my order?
No, Retailers do not provide us with any personal information related to an order. You will need to contact your place of purchase to receive your order details. The Retailer can also provide you with information regarding order ETAs.
